Little By Little

                                                  SELF - WORTH The only one who gets to decide your worth is You. It doesn't come from your bank account or the number of friends you have. It doesn't come from what someone else says you are worth. It's called self-worth for a reason- it comes from you. It comes from being yourself and being proud of who you are. It comes from being someone that you can count on and someone you love. The numbers will change with time, but what won't change is who you are deep inside- beautiful, limitless, wonderful, creative, strong, capable- and that is where your worth comes from.

           Before sleeping we must ask ourselves these questions?  1. Which three things did very well?  2.What are the three most important functions of the world?  3.While careless while working today?  4. Which work was very important today,  But could not because of laziness?  Do mental rehearsals of events if possible,  With a light smile on his face  Thank you God / nature for a wonderful day.   Then go to sleep.  Wrong with someone  Be sure to wait for your turn  Because luck slaps,  So  do not look at the mouth but "spirit".🌸      

                                   Self-Love We cannot have true compassion for others unless we have compassion for ourselves, nor can we love others unless we love ourselves.  We are here to learn from one another.  We are here to help and be helped.  We grow only when we are fully engaged with others in healthy relationships, with a mutuality of love and respect.
